The invention discloses an insulator fixing device, relating to the field related to insulators. The device comprises a wire tower fixed on the ground, and a plurality of mounting frames which are uniformly distributed are fixedly mounted on the wire tower; each mounting frame is provided with a fixing mechanism for fixing an insulator; the fixing mechanism comprises two sets of guide assemblies arranged in the mounting frame, a sliding rod is fixedly mounted between the two sets of guide assemblies, the sliding rod extends out of the bottom of the mounting frame and is connected with a forceunloading assembly, and an insulator is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the force unloading assembly. The guide assembly can guide the fixing mechanism to slide in the mounting frame, can absorb and consume part of extrusion and collision caused by wind power in the sliding process, and can weaken bending force and shearing stress borne by the fixing mechanism. A fixed plate in the forceunloading assembly rotates around a sliding rod, and the insulator swinging back and forth unloads the received wind power to weaken the shear stress received by the insulator mounting position.
