The invention discloses an energy-saving road greening cultivation device which comprises a cultivation box used for cultivating a green belt. A water storage tank is arranged on the lower portion ofthe cultivation box and communicates with one end of a guide pipe, the other end of the guide pipe is installed on a filter box, and a filter screen is arranged at the joint of the filter box and theguide pipe. An installation plate is installed on the upper portion of the filter box, a grid for enabling the filter box to communicate with the ground surface is arranged on the installation plate,energy storage mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the water storage tank, and electric energy in the energy storage mechanisms is used for street lamp illumination. Rainwater is stored in thewater storage tank, the rainwater is better utilized for cultivating the green belt, water resources are saved, and the labor cost is also saved; and coming and going automobiles continuously pass through a deceleration strip, kinetic energy of the continuously passing automobiles is converted into electric energy, energy lost when the automobiles pass through the deceleration strip is collected,the part of energy is recycled, the electric energy is saved, energy consumption is reduced, and the environment is protected.
