The invention discloses a wall building cement plastering machine carrying a stirrer. The machine comprises a hopper. A hopper space is arranged in the hopper. A cement plastering mechanism is arranged on the lower end face of the hopper and comprises a stirring tank. The stirring tank is fixedly connected with the hopper. A stirring space is arranged on the upper side of the stirring tank. The stirring space and the hopper space communicate through a feeding opening. A rotating motor is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the upper side of the stirring space. The rotating motor is providedwith a rotating shaft in a controlling manner. The machine can automatically complete stirring, transporting and plastering of cement in the wall building process. The machine completes stirring workof the cement through the stirrer on the upper side. By means of operation speed of the machine, rotating speed of a centrifugal wheel is controlled, magnitude of centrifugal force is controlled, thusthe opening degree of an opening is controlled to complete adding of the cement, and flat plastering of the cement is completed through a scraping plate on the lower side.
