Building water repellent agent and pervious concrete
The invention discloses a building water repellent and pervious concrete. The water repellent is prepared by adopting the following method: mixing alkyl ketene dimer, ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, 3-dodecyl-dihydro-2,5-furandione and ethanol to obtain modified wax liquid, with the mass ratio of the alkyl ketene dimer to the ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer to the3-dodecyl-dihydro-2,5-furandione to the ethanol being (1-3):(4-8):(1-3):20; mixing hydrosilsesquioxane, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether NP-10 and water to obtain a film forming solution, with the mass ratio of the hydrosilsesquioxane to the nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether NP-10 to the water being (6-10):(1-3):100; and mixing the modified wax liquid with the film forming liquid to obtain the building water repellent, with the mass ratio of the modified wax liquid to the film forming liquid being (10-30): 100. The pervious concrete produced by adopting the water repellent can prevent permeable pores from beingblocked, and the permeable durability is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种建筑用疏水剂、透水混凝土。所述建筑用疏水剂,采用下述方法制备而成:将烷基烯酮二聚体、乙烯‑四氟乙烯共聚物、3‑十二烷基二氢‑2,5‑呋喃二酮和乙醇混合,得到改性蜡液;上述烷基烯酮二聚体、乙烯‑四氟乙烯共聚物、3‑十二烷基二氢‑2,5‑呋喃二酮、乙醇的质量比(1‑3):(4‑8):(1‑3):20;将氢基倍半硅氧烷、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚NP‑10与水混合,得到成膜液;所述氢基倍半硅氧烷、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚NP‑10、水质量比(6‑10):(1‑3):100;将上述改性蜡液和成膜液混合,得到本发明的建筑用疏水剂;上述改性蜡液、成膜液质量比(10‑30):100。采用本发明建筑用疏水剂生产的透水混凝土能够防止透水孔隙被堵塞,有效提高透水持久性。
