Renewable environment-friendly pervious concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides renewable environment-friendly pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 200-300 parts of cement, 200-250 parts of water, 750-900 parts of recycled aggregate, 100-150 parts of fine aggregate, 50-80 parts of admixture, 10-30 parts of additive, 15-25 parts of adhesive and 2-8 parts of a waterreducing agent; wherein the recycled aggregate is selected from acidized continuous graded waste concrete particles with the particle size of 5-30 mm; the additive is a mixture of 50% of an air entraining agent and 50% of an accelerator; the fine aggregate is selected from natural sand with the fineness modulus of 2.0 and concentrated in a region II, and the mud content is less than or equal to 0.5%; the admixture comprises II-grade fly ash and S95 granulated blast furnace slag micropowder, and the doping amount of the fly ash accounts for 40%-50% of the admixture. The concrete is good in workability, easy to construct, high in setting and hardening speed, good in durability and high in strength. The problems that renewable concrete and pervious concrete are not high in strength, poor in water and air permeability, inconvenient to construct and the like are solved.
本发明提供一种可再生环保型透水混凝土及其制备方法,所述混凝土包括如下重量份数的组分:水泥200‑300份,水200‑250份,再生骨料750‑900份,细骨料100‑150份,掺合料50‑80份,添加剂10‑30份,胶黏剂15‑25份,减水剂2‑8份;所述再生骨料选用5~30mm经酸化处理的连续级配废旧混凝土颗粒;所述添加剂为引气剂与速凝剂各占50%的混合物;所述细骨料选用细度模数2.0、Ⅱ区集配的天然砂,含泥量≤0.5%;所述掺合料为Ⅱ级粉煤灰及S95粒化高炉矿渣微粉,其中粉煤灰掺量占掺合料的40%‑50%。本发明混凝土和易性好易于施工、凝结硬化速度快、耐久性好、强度高;解决了可再生混凝土与透水混凝土强度不高、透水透气性差、施工不便等问题。
