Preparation process of fiber-reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete product
The invention discloses a preparation process of a fiber-reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete product. The preparation process comprises the following steps: preparing a solid material and a liquidmaterial, wherein the solid materials comprise cement, quick lime, sand, gypsum and wood fibers, and the liquid material mainly comprises an additive, a foaming agent and the balance of water; preparation of the aeration concrete: putting the metered dry material, slurry and treated wood fiber into a closed high-speed stirrer, adding a proper amount of water, stirring and mixing, adding the weighed additive into the stirred material, adding a foaming agent, and stirring the mixture; a pouring step; a cutting step; and an autoclaved curing step. According to the preparation process of the fiber-reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete product, the mass of the concrete slab can be reduced, the structural strength and compressive strength of the concrete product are improved, and the splittingresistance and tensile strength of the product are improved.
本发明揭示了一种纤维增强蒸压加气混凝土制品的制备工艺,所述制备工艺包括:准备固体物料及液体物料;所述固体物料包括水泥、生石灰、砂、石膏和木纤维;所述液体物料主要包括外加剂、发泡剂和余量水;制备加气混凝土;按照计量好的干料、料浆和处理好的木纤维置于封闭的高速搅拌机中加入适量水搅拌混合,接着在搅拌好的物料中加入称取好的外加剂,之后加入发泡剂搅拌;浇注步骤;切割步骤;蒸压养护步骤。本发明提出的纤维增强蒸压加气混凝土制品的制备工艺,可降低混凝土板的质量,提高混凝土制品结构强度及抗压强度,提升制品抗劈裂和抗拉强度。
