The device comprises two integrated adjusting supporting frames, a cross beam and angle adjusting frames arranged on the left side and the right side of the cross beam, each integrated adjusting supporting frame comprises a height adjusting block, a rotating hole is formed in the circle center of the top of each height adjusting block, a supporting column penetrates through each rotating hole, a threaded column is arranged at the top of each supporting column, and a threaded sleeve is in threaded connection with the exterior of each threaded column; an orientation rod is welded to the side, away from the beam, of the height adjusting block. According to the designed integrated adjusting supporting frame, through cooperation of the supporting columns, the directional rods and the threaded sleeves, steel rail height adjustment and rail direction fixation can be achieved by rotating the connecting shafts and the fixed directional rods, and therefore the operation steps during installation are reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced by reducing connecting mechanisms. The mounting cost of the steel rail support frame is reduced.
