A moving cavity is formed in the feeding body and the machine body, a transmission cavity is formed in the rear side of the moving cavity, a lifting device capable of moving in a lifting mode is arranged on the upper side of the machine body, an installation device for installing the deceleration strip is arranged on the lower side of the machine body, and a feeding device for conveying the deceleration strip is arranged in the feeding body. With the equipment, the installation ofthe deceleration strip can be automatically and rapidly completed. Manual time-consuming and labor-consuming punching installation is not needed, the labor amount and the installation time are reduced, the installation efficiency of the deceleration strip is improved, and the uniformity of the deceleration strip is guaranteed through mechanical installation.
