The invention discloses a riverway garbage salvaging device for water pollution control. The riverway garbage salvaging device comprises a steering mechanism, and a forward disturbance mechanism and areverse disturbance mechanism which are mounted on two sides of the steering mechanism, wherein the forward disturbance mechanism and the reverse disturbance mechanism are symmetrical about the center plane of the steering mechanism, and a transmission shaft is mounted at the bottom of the steering mechanism; and a rotating blade is arranged on the transmission shaft, the rotating direction of reverse disturbance blades contained in the reverse disturbance mechanism is opposite to that of forward disturbance blades, and mounting frames are fixedly connected with a collecting device. When theriverway garbage salvaging device is used, a worker only needs to clean and replace a collection net at regular time, and does not need to go into a riverway to fish garbage one by one every day, so that the labor intensity of the worker is reduced, and the situation that the worker is in danger due to garbage fishing is further avoided.
