Anchoring device and anchoring method
The invention relates to the field of underground engineering construction, and discloses an anchoring device and an anchoring method. The anchoring device comprises an anchor pipe, an expansion pipe,a pressing piece and a limiting piece. A grouting hole penetrating through the wall thickness direction is formed in the anchor pipe; the expansion pipe sleeves the outer side of the anchor pipe; thepressing piece is used for pressing the expansion pipe to expand and deform; and the limiting piece is arranged on the pressing piece, and when the limiting piece is in abut joint with the top end ofthe anchor pipe, the pressing piece is pressed in place. The anchoring method comprises the steps that S1, the anchor pipe with the bottom sleeved with the expansion pipe is lowered into a pre-dug foundation pit; S2, the pressing piece is adopted for pressing the expansion pipe till the limiting piece on the pressing piece is in abut joint with the top end of the anchor pipe, and the expansion pipe completely expands and deforms; and S3, the pressing piece is taken out, and cement paste is injected into the anchor pipe till the anchor pipe and the foundation pit are filled with the cement paste. The anchor pipe is sleeved with the expansion pipe, it is guaranteed that the pressing piece is pressed in place by arranging the limiting piece, it is guaranteed that the expansion pipe completely expands and deforms, and the anchoring force of the anchor pipe is further improved. The whole anchoring operation is simple, and the construction efficiency is high.
本发明涉及地下工程施工领域,公开一种锚固装置及锚固方法。锚固装置包括锚管、膨胀管、下压件和限位件。锚管上设有贯穿壁厚方向的注浆孔;膨胀管套设于锚管的外侧;下压件用于下压膨胀管膨胀变形;限位件设于下压件上,限位件与锚管的顶端抵接时,下压件下压到位。锚固方法包括:S1、将底部套设有膨胀管的锚管下放至预先挖好的基坑中;S2、采用下压件打压膨胀管,直至下压件上的限位件与锚管的顶端抵接,膨胀管完全膨胀变形;S3、取出下压件,向锚管内注入水泥浆,直至水泥浆填充满锚管及基坑。在锚管上套设膨胀管,通过设置限位件保证下压件下压到位,保证膨胀管完全膨胀变形,进一步提高锚管的锚固力。整个锚固操作简单,施工效率高。
