The invention discloses a grouting device for hydraulic engineering construction. The device comprises universal wheels, a bottom frame and an air compression assembly, the bottom frame is arranged atthe upper sides of the universal wheels, and the air compression assembly is arranged at the upper side of the bottom frame. The grouting device has the beneficial effects that through an arranged electromagnetic valve, when an air compressor stops, a motor is adjusted by the electromagnetic valve to stop rotating, the situation that the motor forcibly conveys grouting raw materials to damage a conveying pipe is avoided, and through arrangement of a micro water pump, a water inlet pipe, a gear shifting button and switch, external water can be pressurized; and therefore, the water can be better added into the conveying pipe, the quality of the grouting materials is guaranteed, stirring screw blades can extend into the bottom of a charging basket through discharging holes and stirring screwblades, and the grouting materials can be well conveyed into the conveying pipe.
