Intelligent rapid installation method for foundation pit servo supports
The invention relates to the technical field of civil engineering, in particular to an intelligent rapid installation method for foundation pit servo supports. The installation method comprises the following steps that a plurality of servo support axis positions are preset on the transverse section of a construction area; a first servo support is installed on a stepping device, under the control of a central control terminal, the first servo support is controlled to move to the preset axis position, and axial force is applied according to the foundation pit deformation requirement; a new servosupport is added and moves to the position above the first servo support, the axial force of the two supports is adjusted, the newly added servo support replaces the original support, the previous servo support is moved to the next design axis, and axial force is applied; and new servo supports are continuously added according to the sequence, and replacement of the servo supports and installation of the next servo support are conducted through axial force adjustment till installation of all the servo supports is completed. By means of the method, unsupported exposure time of a foundation pitsoil body can be shortened, and deformation of a foundation pit in the excavation process is reduced.
本发明涉及土木工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种基坑伺服支撑智能快速安装方法。该安装方法包括如下步骤:在施工区域的横向截面上,预先设置复数道伺服支撑轴线位置;将第一道伺服支撑安装至步进装置上,在中央控制终端的控制下,控制其移动至预设的轴线位置,并根据基坑变形要求施加轴力;加入新的伺服支撑,使之移动至第一道伺服支撑上方,调整两根支撑的轴力,使新加入的伺服支撑代替原有的支撑,并使前一道伺服支撑移动至下一道设计轴线处并施加轴力;按此顺序不断加入新的伺服支撑,通过轴力调整进行伺服支撑的替换及下一道伺服支撑的安装,直至完成所有伺服支撑的安装。本发明可减少基坑土体无支撑暴露时间,减小开挖过程中基坑的变形。
