Fabricated type concrete pipe supporting structure
The invention relates to a fabricated type concrete pipe supporting structure which comprises a crown beam, a connecting piece and a concrete pipe which are transversely connected together through a plurality of bolts. Due to the fact that the concrete pipe is prefabricated and produced in automatic and batched manners and then transported to a construction site to be assembled and connected withthe crown beam, the production cost is reduced, the construction period of the construction site is effectively shortened, and the problems that traditional cast-in-place supporting procedures are many, the maintenance time is long, and the site construction progress and quality are affected are solved; meanwhile, as a concrete pipe support is industrially manufactured and assembled and disassembled by a crane on the construction site in a fabricated manner, no noise, dust, waste water and industrial construction waste are generated in the disassembling and assembling process, and the concretepipe support is greener and more environment-friendly; the problems of the noise, the dust, the waste water and the industrial construction waste generated in the dismantling process and after dismantling of a cast-in-place support are solved; and multiple and repeated utilization can be carried out, so that resources are saved, and the problems that a first-layer support cannot be repeatedly used and is high in manufacturing cost are solved.
