The invention discloses an intelligent adjustable novel passive roof. The intelligent adjustable novel passive roof comprises an inner layer roof, an air layer, a jumping droplet material thermal diode and an outer layer roof which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The jumping droplet material thermal diode comprises a super-hydrophilic layer, a super-hydrophilic layer surface liquid absorption core and a super-hydrophobic layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the super-hydrophilic layer and the super-hydrophobic layer are separated through gasket materialson the left side and the right side to form a middle air interlayer. Through passive heat transfer control of the super-hydrophilic layer and the super-hydrophobic layer in the jumping droplet material thermal diode, the intelligent adjustable novel passive roof which does not need to be cleared manually, can be embedded into a building envelope and is passively driven by indoor and outdoor temperatures to discharge heat/insulate heat is formed.
