Modular veneer mounting structure design and mounting method thereof
The invention provides a modular veneer mounting structure design which comprises a wall surface base layer, a veneer and a frame body. A plurality of sliding rails are arranged on the wall surface base layer at equal intervals in the height direction of the wall surface base layer, sliding grooves are formed in the sliding rails, and a plurality of limiting grooves are formed in the sliding grooves at equal intervals in the length direction of the sliding grooves. The frame body is provided with a first mounting groove, the veneer is detachably mounted in the first mounting groove, a slidingplate is arranged on the veneer, the cross section of the sliding plate and the cross section of the frame body form a T shape, the sliding plate is slidably connected into the sliding grooves, a second mounting groove is formed in the sliding plate, the bottom of the second mounting groove extends to the frame body, and an elastic component is arranged in the second mounting groove. Limiting blocks are connected to the elastic component and are inserted into the limiting grooves. The invention further provides a mounting method of the modular veneer mounting structure design. Compared with the prior art, quick disassembly type mounting of calcium silicate board composite boards can be realized, and the purposes of improving the mounting efficiency and reducing the cost are achieved.
本发明提供了一种模块化饰面板安装结构设计,其包括:墙面基层、饰面板和框体,墙面基层上设置有若干滑轨,若干滑轨沿墙面基层的高度方向等距设置,滑轨上设置有滑槽,滑槽内沿其长度方向等距设置有若干限位槽,框体设置有第一安装槽,饰面板可拆卸安装在第一安装槽内,饰面板上设置有滑板,滑板与框体的横截面呈T形,滑板滑动连接在滑槽内,滑板上设置有第二安装槽,第二安装槽底部延伸至框体,第二安装槽内设置有弹性部件,弹性部件上连接有限位块,限位块插接在限位槽内。本发明还提供了一种模块化饰面板安装结构设计的安装方法。本发明相较于现有技术可以实现硅酸钙板复合板的快速拆卸式安装,达到提高安装效率和降低成本的目的。
