The invention discloses a refractory material lining structure for a sintering machine air bellow. The refractory material lining structure comprises an air bellow body, a refractory material lining plate is arranged on the inner wall of the air bellow body, at least one conical hole is formed in the refractory material lining plate, and the sizes of the conical holes are gradually increased in the direction from the non-working face to the working face of the refractory material lining plate. Conical anchoring parts are arranged at the positions of the sides, close to the air bellow body, inthe conical holes. According to the refractory material lining structure, the refractory material lining plate and the air bellow body are combined through the conical anchoring parts and high-temperature refractory mortar, and a firm overall structure is formed. By means of the high strength, wear resistance, erosion resistance and stripping resistance of the refractory material lining plate, thehigh-temperature use performance of the air bellow body is improved, the replacement and maintenance frequency is reduced, the situation that the air bellow body is corroded and worn through to causesintering air leakage due to the fact that a refractory material lining is prone to being eroded and falling off when the air bellow is in a complex working environment is avoided, and normal sintering production is facilitated; and sintering production energy consumption is reduced, and the yield and quality of sintered ore are guaranteed.
