The invention provides a signature card cabinet and a signature card inventory method, which can realize batch inventory and precise inventory of signature cards. Specifically, the signature card cabinet is provided with a far-field antenna for receiving information of RFID electronic tags on signature cards, and the far-field antenna faces the movement path of a drawer box rotating along with a rotating assembly, so that all the signature cards in the signature card cabinet can be quickly checked in batches, and the working efficiency is high; the housing of the signature card cabinet is alsoprovided with a plurality of automatic doors, and one side, facing the interior of the signature card cabinet, of each automatic door is provided with a near-field antenna. A certain drawer box can be precisely positioned, the drawer box with the signature cards is returned to the signature card cabinet from the automatic door, the near-field antenna on the automatic door is started to scan all the RFID electronic tags in the drawer box, the checking work of all the signature cards in the drawer box is completed immediately, and the flowing condition of the signature cards in one or more drawer boxes is monitored in real time.
