The invention discloses a self-help climbing type building outer curtain wall cleaning vehicle including a main body; a synchronizing shaft is rotatably connected in the main body in a front-back penetrating manner; a driven bevel gear and a cleaning brush are fixedly connected to the front end and the rear end of the synchronous shaft correspondingly, a motor is fixedly connected to the front endface of the main body, the motor is located on the left side of the driven bevel gear, the motor penetrates left and right to be in power connection with a power output shaft, and a driving bevel gear is fixedly connected to the right end of the power output shaft. A used rapid clamping device can rapidly and stably clamp the equipment to a glass curtain wall, and then the equipment moves upwardsalong the curtain wall to clean the curtain wall; a cleaning agent is intermittently sprayed while cleaning, so that the use amount of the cleaning agent is reduced, and the glass curtain wall is prevented from being secondarily polluted by the cleaning agent; meanwhile, the cleaned glass curtain wall is blow-dried through fan blades, so that the wet glass curtain wall is prevented from being stained with new dust, and secondary cleaning is avoided.
