The invention discloses high-temperature-resistant anticracking concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, adsorbing aerogel on the roughsurfaces of glass beads, and coating with a modified polypropylene layer to obtain modified beads; preparing porous ceramic balls by using sepiolite and other natural wastes as raw materials, and grafting epoxy groups outside the porous ceramic balls to obtain modified ceramic balls; using modified rubber as an adhesive material, combining the modified ceramic balls and the modified beads to prepare modified rubber strips, and mixing the modified rubber strips, cement and other substances together to prepare the concrete. The prepared concrete sample is good in high and low temperature resistance, excellent in flame retardance, high in hydrophobicity and not prone to breakage, has certain noise reduction and radiation protection capacity and has high practicability.
本发明公开了一种耐高温抗开裂混凝土及其制备方法。先将气凝胶吸附在玻璃微珠的粗糙表面,并用改性聚丙烯层进行包覆得到改性微珠;再利用海泡石等天然废弃物为原料制作多孔陶瓷球,在多孔陶瓷球外接枝环氧基制得改性陶瓷球;将改性橡胶作为胶粘材料,将改性陶瓷球和改性微珠结合并制成改性橡胶条,将改性橡胶条与水泥等物质一起混合制备成混凝土,制备得到的混凝土样品耐高低温性能好,阻燃性优异,疏水性较强,不易断裂,同时还具有一定的降噪、防辐射能力,具有较强的实用性。
