The invention discloses a preparation method of a spodumene-containing magnesium-chromium refractory material, belonging to the technical field of refractory materials. The refractory material is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15-25% of large magnesite particles, 15-20% of medium magnesite particles, 7-13% of small magnesite particles, 20-25% of fine magnesite powder, 4-6% of medium chromium concentrate particles, 4-6% of small chromium concentrate particles, 20-25% of fine chromium concentrate powder, 0.3-0.7% of fine spodumene concentrate powder and 3-7% ofa composite binder. According to the preparation method of the spodumene-containing magnesium-chromium refractory material in the invention, magnesia particles, chromium concentrate particles and finespodumene concentrate powder are used as raw materials to prepare uniformly-mixed mud; in the high-temperature sintering process of a green brick formed by pressing the uniformly mixed pug, the desired spodumene-containing magnesium-chromium refractory material is prepared; by reasonably matching the raw materials, the prepared spodumene-containing magnesium-chromium refractory material has goodfire resistance; and directed at the current situation of existing magnesium-chromium refractory material production processes, production cost can be reduced, and energy conservation and emission reduction are realized on the basis of ensuring various properties of the refractory material.
本发明公开了一种含锂辉石镁铬耐火材料的制备方法,涉及耐火材料技术领域。包括以下百分比原料组成:镁砂大颗粒15‑25%、镁砂中颗粒15‑20%、镁砂小颗粒7‑13%、镁砂细粉20‑25%、铬精矿中颗粒4‑6%、铬精矿小颗粒4‑6%、铬精矿细粉20‑25%、锂辉石精矿细粉0.3‑0.7%以及复合粘结剂3‑7%。该含锂辉石镁铬耐火材料的制备方法,本发明以镁砂颗粒、铬精矿颗粒以及锂辉石精矿细粉为原料,制得混匀泥料,由混均泥料压制成的砖坯在高温烧结过程中,制备出所需的含锂辉石镁铬耐火材料,通过对原料的合理搭配,从而保证了制备的含锂辉石镁铬耐火材料具有良好的耐火性能,本发明针对目前镁铬耐火材料生产工艺的现状,在保证其耐火材料各性能的基础上,可以降低生产成本,实现节能减排。
