The invention belongs to the technical field of suspension type train body rail transit, aims to solve the problems that box beam type rail beam maintenance equipment is unsafe and low in maintenanceefficiency, and particularly relates to a movable suspension type aerial train rail maintenance system which comprises a lifting device, a suspension device, a bearing device and a moving device. Thelifting devices comprise the first set of lifting devices and the second set of lifting devices, the first set of lifting devices can drive the bearing device to ascend or descend under driving of thefirst set of power devices, and the second set of lifting devices can drive the suspension device to ascend or descend under driving of the second set of power devices; the suspension device and thebearing device are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the track beam respectively. The suspension device is used for being clamped with a stand column cantilever of the bearing track beam. The moving device is connected with the top face of the bearing device through a connecting device, and the distance from the top face of the bearing device to the bottom face of the moving deviceis larger than the thickness of the track beam. According to the invention, safe, intelligent and high-efficiency movable maintenance can be realized.
