The invention discloses an efficient asphalt pavement repairing device for municipal engineering. The device comprises a construction vehicle, a control room is fixedly mounted on the top surface of the construction vehicle through supporting rods; a plurality of movable units which are horizontally and uniformly arranged are arranged at the upper part of the right side of the construction vehicle; each movable unit comprises a C-shaped first bracket with a rightward opening; a horizontal movable plate is mounted in each first bracket in a hinging manner; a first rotating shaft in the front-back direction is arranged on the right side of the movable plate; a first sleeve sleeves the periphery of the middle part of each first rotating shaft through a bearing; and the left side of each firstsleeve is fixedly connected with a corresponding movable plate. According to the invention, a plurality of movable units are matched with each other; under the matching of a fourth electric telescopic rod, the multiple movable units form a flexible angle adjusting structure, so that two chains are adjusted according to the track of the pavement crack; the two chains are located and distributed along the two sides of the crack, so that the two sides of the crack can be cut by the cutting blades, the cutting range can be effectively reduced, and construction materials are effectively saved.
