The invention discloses road cutting equipment with a cement pavement with a measurement, protection and dust removal structure, which comprises a machine body. Hammer wheels are symmetrically arranged on the center line of the surface of the right side of the machine body. A dust suction port is formed in the upper part of the right side in aprotective hood; the output end of asecond servo motortransversely penetrates through the interior of the protective hood and is provided with a blade; a lifting table is arranged below the second servo motor; a measuring wheel is mounted on the left side of the machine body; a calibration pointer is arranged on one side of the measuring wheel; and a data measuring display is mounted above the measuring wheel. The rollers and the baffle plates are arranged inside and below the protective hood; through the arrangement of the sponge and the protective hood, the surface of the blade can be humidified and protected conveniently, meanwhile, through the arrangement of the measuring wheel, the cutting distance can be measured conveniently, water is prevented from being directly sprayed on the blade and flowing into the ground, and therefore the protective effect on the working environment and workers is achieved.
