Intelligent construction method for large-dip-angle main tower
The invention discloses an intelligent construction method for a large-dip-angle main tower. The intelligent construction method comprises the steps of 1) assembling a template in a template system byusing a template assembling and disassembling system to form a concrete to-be-poured cavity; 2) performing concrete pouring on the to-be-poured concrete cavity to form concrete sections; (3) when thestrength of the concrete to be poured reaches a preset value, removing a formwork in the formwork system; 4) hoisting a reinforcement cage and installing the reinforcement cage on the concrete sections; 5) enabling an intelligent control system to control a climbing system to climb to a position to be poured along a climbing track; and 6) repeating the above steps 1) to 5) until the pouring of all concrete sections is completed. According to the intelligent construction method for the large-dip-angle main tower, the number of operators can be reduced, the construction environment and the construction efficiency can be improved, and the functions of automatic mold opening and closing, remote monitoring, automatic material distribution, intelligent maintenance and the like can be achieved under the condition of large-dip-angle inclined tower construction.
