The invention discloses a reinforced concrete bridge structure crack identification and maintenance method and system, and relates to the field of highway traffic. The method comprises the steps: formulating a structure crack quantitative evaluation standard based on crack characteristics comprising a crack part, a crack direction, a crack width and a crack length; comprehensively detecting a bridge to be detected, and recording crack characteristics of each crack on the reinforced concrete bridge; comparing the recorded crack characteristics of each crack with a structure crack quantitative evaluation standard to judge whether the current crack is a structure crack or not; and processing the structural cracks in a reinforcing mode, and processing the non-structural cracks in a crack sealing mode. According to the invention, the accuracy of structural crack identification and the pertinence of a maintenance scheme can be effectively improved.
