The device comprises a clampingplate, and guide wheels are uniformly mounted on the inner side surface of the clamping plate; a connecting frame is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the right side surface of the clamping plate;a handle is fixedly mounted on the right side surface of the connecting frame; a guide frame is welded on the upper surface of the clamping plate; a rack is fixedly mounted on the left side surface ofthe guide frame; a second motor is fixedly mounted at the left end of the rack; a second rotary disc is installed behind the second motor, a fourth rack is welded to the side face of the second rotary disc, a spiral spring is fixedly connected to the top end of the right side wall of the guide frame, a guide pipe is fixedly connected to the lower end of the spiral spring, a sliding plate is welded behind the guide pipe, and a third rack is welded to the left side face of the sliding plate. According to the device, the motor is used for driving, then an inserting rod is used for pricking garbage, the garbage in the green belt can be rapidly cleaned, and more labor is saved and efficiency is higher.
