The invention discloses a rotating salvage adsorber for suspended particulate matters in a water body, and belongs to the technical field of water body suspended particulate matter processing. The suspended particulate matters are continuously driven by a rotating moving fishing barrel matched with a fishing sheet along with the water body and are driven to the top end of a fixed adsorption cylinder. The water body is introduced into the fixed adsorption cylinder through a water inlet for multi-step filtration and adsorption. The water body is subjected to primary filtration through an adsorption cotton filling layer.
