The invention discloses a soil nail wall pouring device and a pouring method, and relates to the technical field of soil nail walls. The soil nail wall pouring device comprises a cart frame and a supporting arm arranged on the cart frame, the supporting arm is of a cuboid structure, and the cart frame is provided with an adjusting assembly for adjusting the height of the supporting arm and adjusting the inclination angle of the supporting arm; the supporting arm is provided with a first supporting seat and a second supporting seat, and the first supporting seat and the second supporting seat are symmetrically arranged at two ends, in the length direction, of the supporting arm; and a centering cylinder sliding in the length direction of the supporting arm is arranged between the first supporting seat and the second supporting seat, the centering cylinder is used for being in inserted connection with a soil nail hole channel preformed in a soil nail wall, and a first through hole for asoil nail to penetrate through is formed in the axis of the centering cylinder in a penetrating manner in the length direction of the centering cylinder. The soil nail wall pouring device and the pouring method can achieve concrete pouring to the soil nail hole channel while soil nail installation centering is performed, thereby improving the thickness uniformity of a soil nail protecting layer.
