Supporting device for concrete water stop steel plate and using method of supporting device
The invention provides a supporting device for a concrete water stop steel plate. The supporting device comprises two short metal pipes which can be in sleeve joint together, and total length of the sleeve joint of the two short metal pipes is changed by an adjusting device arranged between the two short metal pipes. The specific structure of the adjusting device is as follows: a section of screwis welded at one end of an inner pipe, a blocking piece provided with a center hole is welded at the end part of an outer pipe located on the same side, a nut is welded on the inner side of the centerhole of the blocking piece, the nut is matched with the screw welded on the inner pipe, and therefore, the total length of sleeve joint of the inner and outer casing pipes can be adjusted. A using method of the supporting device for the concrete water stop steel plate comprises following steps: S1, two supporting devices are placed between the water stop steel plate and a formwork and propped against the water stop steel plate and the formwork; S2, the inner and outer casing pipes in the supporting devices are twisted until the casing pipes are tightened; and S3, the screws exposed out of outer sides of E-shaped buckles are fastened by the nuts. The supporting device has beneficial effects as follows: mounting quality of the water stop steel plate is guaranteed, and mounting work efficiency is improved and higher.
一种混凝土止水钢板的支撑装置,该支撑装置有两根可以套在一起的金属短管,并通过设置在它们之间的一个调节装置改变其套接的总长。调节装置的具体结构,是在内管的一端焊有一段螺杆,而在同一侧的外管端部焊有一块带有中心孔的挡片,在挡片的中心孔里侧焊有一个螺母,该螺母与焊在内管上的螺杆相配合,使其可以调节内外套管的套接总长。一种混凝土止水钢板支撑装置的使用方法,包括如下的步骤:S1,用两个支撑装置放在止水钢板与模板之间并抵住止水钢板和模板;S2,拧动支撑装置的内外套管直至旋紧;S3,用螺母将露出山形卡扣外侧的螺杆紧固好。本发明的有益效果是:保证了止水钢板的安装质量,提高了安装工作效率较高。
