The invention discloses a heavy building foundation reinforcement device. The heavy building foundation reinforcement device includes a computing server and a plurality of test systems; the test systems are all arranged in the space among foundation partitions; the test systems are connected to a data transmission circuit; the computing server is used for obtaining operable format data corresponding to the image information and length information of a box foundation and analyzing three-dimensional coordinate data of the box foundation, and then calculating the reinforcement parameters of the box foundation according to the three-dimensional coordinate data of the box foundation; the test systems are used for testing and obtaining the image information and length information of the box foundation and converting the image information and length information into digital signals and transmiting to the data transmission circuit; each test system includes a test circuit and a test sensor; and the test circuit includes an analog-to-digital conversion circuit module, a single-chip microcomputer control module, and a communication module that are electrically connected. The heavy building foundation reinforcement device can realize the reinforcement of the box foundation during the construction.
