Construction method of super high-rise aerial corridor structure
The invention relates to a construction method of a super high-rise aerial corridor structure. The construction method comprises the following steps of constructing an overhanging platform on the nextconstruction layer of an aerial corridor mounting position, simultaneously hoisting a steel structure beam by using an existing tower crane on a construction site, fixedly connecting the steel structure beam with two adjacent towers, constructing an operating platform and a safety rope protector on the steel structure beam, and finally, conducting formwork supporting, concrete pouring and other construction of the aerial corridor on the basis of the steel structure beam, and completing aerial corridor construction. The construction method has the beneficial effects that 1) the problems that the span of the corridor is large, the weight of a single structural member forming the aerial corridor is too heavy, and the integral hoisting after assembly is not suitable are solved; 2) the tower crane for on-site construction can save hoisting cost; 3) an aerial work full scaffold does not need to be erected, and the construction safety coefficient is improved; 3) the operation platform is simple in structure, easy and convenient to manufacture and install and capable of effectively increasing the construction speed; 4) a formwork scaffold is simple to construct, and the construction difficulty is reduced; and 5) a safety protection system is simple, safe and reliable.
本发明涉及一种超高层空中连廊结构的施工方法,通过在空中连廊安装位置的下一层施工层面搭建悬挑平台,利用施工现场现有塔吊同时吊起钢结构梁并将其与相邻两塔楼固定连接,再在钢结构梁上搭建操作平台和安全绳防护,最后以钢结构梁为基础进行空中连廊的模板支护、混凝土浇筑等施工完成空中连廊施工。其有益效果是:1)解决了连廊跨度大,组成空中连廊的结构件单件重量过大,不宜组装后整体吊装的问题;2)利用现场施工用塔吊,可节约吊装成本;3)不用搭设高空作业满堂脚手架,提高了施工安全系数;3)操作平台结构简单,制作安装简便,可有效加快施工速度;4)模板脚手架施工简单,降低施工难度;5)安全防护体系简单、安全可靠。
