The invention relates to a fabricated building cross beam connecting component and a using method thereof. The fabricated building cross beam connecting component comprises a fixing frame, positioningdevices and an inner supporting device, wherein the section of the fixing frame is of a U-shaped structure, the positioning devices are symmetrically installed on the outer side of the fixing frame,and the inner supporting device is installed in the middle of the fixing frame. According to the fabricated building cross beam connecting component and the using method thereof, the problems that when existing steel structure cross beams is used, a welding mode is generally adopted for connection and fixation, so that the connecting effect of the cross beams is caused to be poorer, operation is complex, installing and uninstalling are not convenient, the working efficiency is reduced, meanwhile, when the existing steel structure cross beams are used, the sealing effect among the cross beams is poor, rainwater and moist air easily enter the interiors of beam steel pipes, so that the steel structure beams are easily rusted, the service life of the beams is shortened, and the safety performance of a workshop is influenced.
本发明涉及一种装配式建筑横梁连接构件及其使用方法,包括固定架、定位装置和内支撑装置,所述的固定架截面呈U型结构,固定架外侧对称安装有定位装置,固定架中部安装有内支撑装置。本发明可以解决现有的钢结构横梁在使用时,通常采用焊接的方式进行连接固定,导致横梁的连接效果差、操作复杂,而且安装与拆卸不方便,降低了工作效率,同时现有的钢结构横梁在使用时,横梁之间的密封效果差,雨水以及潮湿的空气容易进入横梁钢管内部,导致钢结构横梁容易发生锈蚀的现象,进而降低横梁的使用寿命,影响厂房的安全性能等难题。
