The invention provides a column base left-handed sliding device. The column base left-handed sliding device comprises a vertical column, a column base plate, a foundation, a pre-buried plate, a sliding plate, left-handed plates and pressing plates; the column base plate is welded to the bottom face of the vertical column, and the pre-buried plate is pre-buried in the top face of the foundation; the pre-buried plate is arranged below the column base plate, and the sliding plate is arranged between the pre-buried plate and the column base plate; the multiple left-handed plates are arranged on the two sides on the pre-buried plate correspondingly, and each left-handed plate is vertically welded to the pre-buried plate; and a clamping groove is formed in the bottom of the side edge, facing thecolumn base plate, of each left-handed plate, the pressing plates are arranged on the two sides on the column base plate correspondingly, and the pressing plates are clamped in the clamping grooves of the multiple left-handed plates on the same side. The invention further provides a construction method of the column base left-handed sliding device. According to the column base left-handed slidingdevice, by arranging the sliding plate, a column base freely slides in the target direction advantageously, and the left-handed plates are arranged to prevent the column base generates degree-of-freedom deformation in the non-target direction; the column base can slide well, and internal force can be effectively released to ensure safety of structural stress; and the overall structure is simple,construction is convenient, the cost is low, and the application effect is good.
