The invention discloses an improved type building fireproof exterior wall body and a mounting method thereof. The wall body comprises an exterior wallboard, a unit modularized wall purlin, a middle fireproof thermal-insulation layer and an interior wall veneer, wherein the exterior wallboard and the middle fireproof thermal-insulation layer are separately positioned at the two sides of the unit modularized wall purlin; the exterior wallboard is connected to the unit modularized wall purlin through a hanging piece; the middle fireproof thermal-insulation layer takes a fiber cement board or a fiber reinforced calcium silicate board as a panel, and a sandwich layer is arranged in the middle of the middle fireproof thermal-insulation layer; the sandwich layer is made of light concrete; and theinterior wall veneer adopts a fiber cement board veneer. The exterior wallboard is connected to the unit modularized wall purlin through the hanging piece, so that connection is simple and reliable;the exterior wallboard adopts transverse layout, is good in rabbet fireproof effect; the unit modularized wall purlin is convenient to mount; and the middle fireproof thermal-insulation layer adopts vertical layout. The improved building fireproof exterior wall structure meets fire resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, sound resistance, water resistance and endurance quality of theexterior wallboard, and also can greatly improve assembly construction efficiency.
