The self-cleaning and purifying glass curtain wall includes a first self-cleaning layer, a heat preservation board, an adhesive layer, a glass layer and a second self-cleaning layer which are arranged from the inside to the outside; the first self-cleaning layer and the second self-cleaning layer are composed of two components A and B according to the ratio of A:B = 2:1; and the A and B include the following components in parts by mass: the A component includes the following components in parts by mass of 9-14 parts of water-based resin emulsion, 10-13 parts of silicon carbide micro-powder, 35-40 parts of carbon dioxide nano-particles, 10-18 parts of flame retardant, 13-18 parts of coalescing agents, and 12-17 partsof defoamer; and the B component includes the following components in parts by mass of 26-29 parts of deionized water, 4-8 parts of anhydrous methanol, 13-18 parts of ethyl orthosilicate, 10-14 partsof concentrated ammonia water, 12-19 parts of plasticizer, 8-11 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 14-19 parts of ultraviolet absorber, and 8-13 parts of auxiliary materials.
