The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, during installation, a precast beam formwork and a floor formwork are firstly erected on a floor, and a reinforcement beam is installed between the beam formwork and the floor formwork; S2, a reinforcement cage is arranged between the beam formwork and the floor formwork,and the reinforcement cage is arranged on the upper part of the reinforcement beam; S3, a plurality of precast slabs are arranged on the floor formwork at equal intervals; S4, waterproof structures for waterproof are arranged in the joints of every two precast slabs, when the precast slabs are installed, an auxiliary stretching mechanism for stretching a gap in the inner side of the reinforcementcage is arranged on the outer side of the beam formwork; and S5, the inner side of the reinforcement cage is pulled to the outside through the action of the auxiliary stretching mechanism, so that thereinforcement cage is pulled out of the gap, and the truss reinforcement of the precast slabs are conveniently embedded between the reinforcement cage and the reinforcement beam. According to the construction method, the construction period of the floor can be effectively shortened, and the plate joint is waterproofed.
