The invention provides an adjustable installation structure of a fabricated suspended ceiling. The structure comprises a suspension assembly, a keel and a support frame. The suspension assembly comprises a threaded sleeve, a screw and a connecting piece. The threaded sleeve is fixedly installed on the top surface of a building, and the screw is in threaded connection in the threaded sleeve, the connecting piece is clamped on the bottom of the screw, the keel is fixedly installed on the support frame, the keel is provided with a plurality of mounting holes arranged in parallel along its length,the connecting piece is slidingly connected to the keel, and the connecting piece is provided with kidney-shaped holes corresponding to the mounting holes, the connecting piece is fixedly installed on the keel by fasteners, and the fasteners penetrate the mounting holes and kidney-shaped holes, and a ceiling plate is fixedly installed under the support frame. The invention also provides a mounting method of the adjustable installation structure of the fabricated suspended ceiling. Compared with the prior art, the fabricated mounting structure realizes flexible adjustment of a hanging positionof the suspended ceiling, the adjustment accuracy is high, and the finished surface effect of the suspended ceiling is good.
本发明提供了一种装配式吊顶的可调节安装结构,包括悬挂组件、龙骨和支撑架,悬挂组件包括螺纹套筒、螺杆和连接件,螺纹套筒固定安装在建筑顶面上,螺杆螺纹连接在螺纹套筒内,连接件卡接在螺杆底部,龙骨固定安装在支撑架上,龙骨上设置有沿自身长度方向平行布置的多个安装孔,连接件滑动连接在龙骨上,连接件上设置有位置对应安装孔的腰型孔,连接件通过紧固件固定安装在龙骨上,紧固件穿设于安装孔、腰型孔,吊顶板固定安装在支撑架下方。本发明还提供了一种装配式吊顶的可调节安装结构的安装方法。本发明相较于现有技术,装配式的安装结构,实现吊顶的吊挂位置灵活调整,调整精度高,吊顶完成面效果好。
