Construction method for outer frame steel pipe column of super high-rise structure
The invention provides a construction method for an outer frame steel pipe column of a super high-rise structure. The construction method comprises the steps that a material distributing machine is arranged; a hydraulic self-climbing type auxiliary steel pipe column construction platform is mounted on each mounted steel pipe column section, and the mounted steel pipe column sections are arranged on the outer side of a core tube in a surrounding mode at intervals; the material distributing machine is operated, and all the mounted steel pipe column sections are poured; the next steel pipe columnsection is hoisted and welded and fixed to the position above the corresponding mounted steel pipe column section; the material distributing machine climbs to the next construction section; and the hydraulic self-climbing type auxiliary steel pipe column construction platform climbs to one steel pipe column section by itself till construction of all the steel pipe column sections in the steel pipe column is completed. The construction method is good in economic efficiency, material consumption is low, materials such as auxiliary supports are not needed, labor consumption is low, safety is high, and time and labor are saved; and after the material distributing machine pours one steel pipe column section, a large arm is directly rotated to pour the next steel pipe column section, a pump pipe does not need to be mounted and dismounted, and efficiency is high.
本发明提供了一种超高层结构外框钢管柱施工方法,通过设置布料机;在各已安装的钢管柱节段上安装液压自爬式附钢管柱施工平台,已安装的钢管柱节段间隔绕设于核心筒的外侧;操作布料机,浇筑所有已安装的钢管柱节段浇筑完毕;吊装各后一钢管柱节段,将后一钢管柱节段焊接固定于对应已安装的钢管柱节段的上方;布料机爬升至下一个施工段;附液压自爬式附钢管柱施工平台自行爬升一个钢管柱节段;直至完成钢管柱中所有钢管柱节段的施工。本发明经济性好,材料消耗少,不需要辅助支撑等材料,人工消耗少,安全性高且省时省力;布料机浇筑一个钢管柱节段后,直接旋转大臂浇筑下一个钢管柱节段,无需装拆泵管,效率高。
