Fabricated concave-convex wall structure
The invention discloses a fabricated concave-convex wall structure to solve the existing difficult problem that rapid production of concave-convex walls is not easy to achieve. The structure comprisesa support frame. The right side surface of the support frame is symmetrically welded with guide rods. The right side of the support frame is provided with a first rotating rod and a second rotating rod. The first rotating rod and the second rotating rod are sleeved on the guide rods, and a spiral spring is arranged between the first rotating rod and right side surface of the second rotating rod.A first connecting ring is welded to the outer end of the first rotating rod, and the inner of the first connecting ring is sleeved with a first rotating shaft. In the invention, through the coveringof a connecting film, the filling of a suction pump, and a mold in a second cavity for matching, concave and convex shapes are quickly made on the walls. By replacing the mold in the second cavity, protrusions of various shapes and structures are produced to realize the rapid production of the concave-convex walls.
本发明的目的是为了解决现有的不易对凹凸墙面快速制作的难题,公开了一种装配式凹凸墙面结构,包括支撑架,所述支撑架右侧面对称焊接有导杆,所述支撑架右侧设有第一旋转杆和第二旋转杆,所述第一旋转杆和第二旋转杆套在导杆上,所述第一旋转杆和第二旋转杆之间装有第二转轴,所述第一旋转杆和第二旋转杆右侧面之间固定连接有螺旋弹簧,所述第一旋转杆外端焊接有第一连接环,所述第一连接环内部套有第一转轴。本发明通过连接膜的覆盖,再通过抽料泵的填料,同时利用第二空腔内的模具进行配合,在墙面上快速制作出凹凸造型,并且通过更换第二空腔内的模具,可以制作出多种形状结构的凸起,实现对凹凸墙面的快速制作。
