The invention discloses deeply leveled floor tile sticking equipment and method for architectural decoration. The equipment comprises a tile sticking bottom plate, a tile sticking box, a concrete spreading mechanism, a floor tile horizontal movement mechanism, a deep attaching mechanism and a position indicating pointer, wherein the bottom of the tile sticking box is fixedly welded with the top ofthe tile sticking bottom plate; the concrete spreading mechanism is arranged in an inner cavity of the tile sticking box; the floor tile horizontal movement mechanism is arranged on the left side ofthe top of the tile sticking bottom plate; the deep attaching mechanism is arranged on the left side of the inner cavity of the tile sticking box; and the position indicating pointer is movably mounted on the front side of the top of the tile sticking bottom plate. According to the deeply leveled floor tile sticking equipment and method for architectural decoration, with adoption of a floor tile fixing mode of roller pressing and gradual movement to the side, the pressure is applied, so that floor tiles and concrete are attached more firmly, meanwhile, the contact area of the concrete and thesurfaces of the floor tiles is increased, surface stress of the floor tiles is more uniform, upwarping and hollow phenomena easily occurring in a beating mode are avoided, and construction quality offloor tile attachment is improved more effectively.
