The invention provides a method for anti-crack construction through one-time concrete pouring above a door and window opening lintel. The method comprises the steps that S1, a hanging plate form supporting system is erected; S2, steel bars of a hanging plate are arranged; and S3, concrete is poured. According to the method, the hanging plate which is integrally formed in a pouring mode is adoptedto replace an original primary structure concrete beam plate, secondary structure concrete lintel and filling masonry, so that manufacturing using the same material is achieved, and cracking between the position above the door and window opening lintel and a floor is prevented; and meanwhile, the three parts are formed through one-time pouring in one step, unlike the prior art in which construction needs to be performed three times, so that the construction process is simplified through the method, the construction efficiency is high, and the technology is simple.
本发明提供一种门窗洞口过梁以上一次性浇筑混凝土防裂缝施工方法,包括:步骤S1、搭设挂板模板支撑体系;步骤S2、布设挂板的钢筋;步骤S3、浇筑混凝土。本发明采用一体浇筑成型的挂板,替代原有一次结构混凝土梁板、二次结构混凝土过梁、填充砌体,从而实现用同一种材料制造,防止门窗洞口过梁以上至楼板之间开裂;同时三者一次性浇筑成型,一步到位,无需像现有技术一样,要分三次进行施工,从而本发明还简化了施工流程,施工效率高,工艺简单。
