The device comprises a support frame and universal wheels arranged at four corners at the bottom end of the support frame, a storage box is fixedly arranged in the middle of the top end of the support frame, a driving motor is fixedly arranged at the bottom of one side of the storage box, a transmission shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the storage box and is fixedly connected with one end of a conveying roller, and spiral feeding blades are fixedly arranged on the surface of the conveying roller. The device has the beneficial effects that a lead screw is driven to rotate by a forward and reverse rotation motor, the lead screw is in threaded connection with a moving block through a lead screw nut, and under the sliding fit of a sliding block and a sliding groove, a pouring pipe and a drainage spray head are driven to move, so that foundations at different positions are poured without repeatedly moving the device; and the driving motor drives the spiral feeding blades on the surface of the conveying roller to rotate, on one hand, the concrete is conveyed to a feeding pipe, on the other hand, the concrete is prevented from coagulating, and the pouring quality is improved.
