本发明属于物业管理技术领域，尤其是一种小区物业车库管理用斜升车位装置，针对现在的车位使用时由于对于空间利用率较低的问题，现提出以下方案，包括固定主机台，所述固定主机台的顶部两端位置均开设有水平设置的滑动凹槽，两个所述滑动凹槽的两侧内壁之间滑动固定有同一个水平设置的移动固定台。本发明中，通过设置使用人员直接将车辆停至停车升降板的顶部即可，在斜向升起的时候，操作人员控制液压缸的升起，可以使得顶部的停车升降板斜向升起，且在升起的过程中，转动电机停转，使得底部的卡接固定杆保持垂直，卡接固定杆可以直接与底部的卡接齿条相卡接，保证整个停车升降板的斜向稳定。
