A transfer channel is arranged in the parking platform along a length direction, a temporary vehicle storing trolley is arranged in the middle of the transfer channel, connecting trolleys are separately arranged at the left and right sides of the temporary vehicle storing trolley, two parking robots are arranged side by side on the connecting trolleys, and the temporary vehicle storing trolley can be inabut joint with the connecting trolleys at the left and right sides through a quick trolley abut-joint mechanism.
