The invention discloses a pneumatic locking mechanism for a jig. The pneumatic locking mechanism for the jig comprises a mounting seat, a driving cylinder, two joints, a pushing component and an abutting component. The abutting component comprises an inner connecting portion, an arc-shaped abutting end connected with the inner connecting portion, a rolling disc, two limiting screws, a middle pin shaft, pre-compressed elastic pieces and an external mounting cover. The arc-shaped abutting end is provided with a pin hole. Both ends of the pre-compressed elastic pieces respectively abut against the external mounting cover and the inner connecting portion. The driving cylinder is fixedly connected with the pushing component and drives the pushing component to move. The pushing component is fixedly connected with the inner connecting portion. The position of the abutting component is controlled by the start and stop of the driving cylinder, thereby controlling the opening and closing of a test door during a test. The setting of the rolling disc and the arc-shaped abutting end solves the problem of contact vulnerability. The pre-compressed elastic pieces provide the arc-shaped abutting end with certain elasticity. The elasticity can not only ensure compression, but also avoid contact damage.
