The invention discloses a window pushing device and a window opening and closing method. The window pushing device comprises a temperature sensor, a window pushing component and a processor, wherein the temperature sensor is configured to collect temperature; the window pushing component is configured to change the state of a window connected to the window pushing component based on the control ofthe processor; and the processor is respectively connected with the temperature sensor and the window pushing component, and configured to determine the outdoor target temperature collected by the temperature sensor at each target moment within a preset target time period, determine the target state of the window at the target moment on the basis of the difference value between the target temperature and the initial temperature every time the target temperature is collected, and control the window pushing component to change the window from the current state to the target state if the currentstate of the window is different from the target state, specifically, the initial temperature is the outdoor temperature collected by the temperature sensor at the starting moment of the target timeperiod.
