Besides, the rotary drilling bamboo pile construction device provided by the invention adopts cutting blades symmetrically arranged in a drilling tube, the cutting blades can extend out of the drilling tube in an arc track, the resistance during hole wall cutting is reduced, and the service life of parts can be prolonged.
为了解决现有竹节桩施工无法满足大直径、大深度和高承载力的基桩需求等问题,本发明提供了一种旋挖竹节桩施工方法及其装置,采用先钻孔后切削竹节最后浇注混凝土的的形式形成竹节桩,在切削竹节之间同时切削肋板槽,不但可以有效的降低施工成本、提高施工效率,而且适用于成型适用于大直径、大深度以及高承载力的基桩;另外,本发明所采用的旋挖竹节装施工装置,采用对称设置于钻筒内部的切削刀片,并且切削刀片可以呈弧形轨迹向钻筒外侧伸出,降低了切削孔壁时的阻力,有利于提高零部件使用寿命。
