The integrated irrigation and drainage pipeline system comprises a plurality of irrigation pipes and drainage pipes, and the right ends of the irrigation pipes communicate with a first water inlet tank through first flow dividing pipes; the drainage pipes are arranged corresponding to the irrigation pipes and are fixedly connected with the irrigation pipes through a connecting frame; and the left ends of the drainage pipes communicate with a second water inlet tank through second flow dividing pipes, the right ends of the drainage pipes communicate with a collecting pipe, and the collecting pipe communicates with the first water inlet tank through a collecting tank body. The construction method of the integrated irrigation and drainage pipeline system comprises the following steps that S1, ditching operation is conducted on a land, and the second flow dividing pipes, the draining pipes and the collecting pipe are placed at the bottom of a deep ditch; S2, the connecting frame and the collecting tank body are mounted; S3, the second water inlet tank is mounted; S4, soil covering operation is conducted on the deep ditch; S5, a water pumping pump, a filtering tank body, the first water inlet tank, the irrigation pipes and the first flow dividing pipes are mounted; and S6, a supporting assembly is mounted.
