Ceramic blank production method and production line thereof
The invention relates to a ceramic blank production method. The ceramic blank production method is characterized by comprising the following steps of conveying primary clay rods, and sequentially conveying the stored primary clay rods; extruding clay again, and carrying out extrusion molding on the clay again to extrude a clay strip; preparing secondary clay rods, and quantitatively cutting off the clay strip to obtain the secondary clay rods; pressing a ceramic blank, putting the secondary clay rods into a gypsum mold, and pressing the secondary clay rods into the ceramic blank; drying the ceramic blank to prepare a ceramic blank finished product; and delivering the ceramic blank finished product. The invention also relates to a ceramic blank production line adopting the production method. Compared with the prior art, the ceramic blank production method has the advantages that the clay rods are extruded again, thereby effectively enhancing the quality of the clay rods and ensuring thequality of the ceramic blank; fewer devices are added; and the product quality is improved, and the rejection rate is lowered by at least 10%, thereby reducing the production cost.
