The invention discloses a method for comprehensively utilizing a zinc sulfate solution containing dilute acid in a zinc hydrometallurgy process, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the zinc sulfate solution containing dilute acid in the zinc hydrometallurgy process with limestone slurry to carry out neutralization reaction, and adding a flocculant to concentrate to obtain gypsum slurry; (2) carrying out impurity removal treatment on the gypsum slurry to obtain high-purity gypsum; (3) calcining the high-purity gypsum to obtain beta-type gypsum powder clinker; (4) cooling and then aging the beta-type gypsum powder clinker; and (5) carrying out ball-milling modification on the aged material obtained in the step (4) so as to obtain a beta-type gypsum powder finished product. By adopting the method, sulfuric acid in the zinc sulfate solution containing dilute acid in the zinc hydrometallurgy process can be converted into high-quality beta-type gypsum powder, resource and high-valued utilization of acid liquor in the zinc hydrometallurgy process is realized, the enterprise benefit is favorably improved, and the national requirements on green industrial development, energy conservation and emission reduction are satisfied.
